Our Journey into Newborn Care
Our passion for newborn care began long before we earned our certification. After years of working with families and witnessing firsthand the transformative power of a good night's sleep, we knew we had found our calling.
As certified Newborn Care Specialists (NCS), we've completed rigorous training in infant sleep science, feeding support, developmental care, and safe sleep practices. But beyond the certifications, what drives us is a genuine love for babies and a deep empathy for the parents navigating those early weeks and months.

What is an NCS?
A Newborn Care Specialist is a trained professional who focuses exclusively on the care of newborns, typically from birth through the first few months of life.
Unlike a general babysitter or nanny, an NCS has specialized training in infant sleep, feeding (breast and bottle), soothing techniques, and newborn health. We work primarily overnight to help babies develop healthy sleep habits while giving parents the rest they need.
Think of it as having a newborn expert in your corner during the most critical and challenging weeks of parenthood.
